I think that my progress in my performance is not good because i broke my elbow so i couldn't do any training with my swimming because i have a caste on, so i was unable to train and keep a good fitness level.

i don't think that i have not made as much progress as i think i could of have done, because i broke my elbow so i was out of playing for six weeks and was not allowed to train. After i had my caste taken off i had to wait a few weeks before i went back into to training and games.

The impact that improvement has happened on my skill level in my performance
The impact on my performance by improvement is by doing the drills to improve, my skills of passing, tackling, rucking, mauling and keep my fitness level up so i will have a better stamina and have my best game play on when it comes to playing.

- When you are getting ready to start a race you need to make sure you don't start to early and there is a false start.
- That when you make sure you touch the side of the wall or you will not qualify as finishing the race.
- That when you are playing water polo, if you have the ball underwater make sure that if someone touches on the arm or shoulder it is a foul.
- A ordinary foul could be where someone assist you, a player touches the ball with two hands or pushing a opposition player.
- If the referee doesn't call a foul you are in advantage rule.
- A penalty foul is where a player pulls over a goal to prevent a score or when a player enters a game illegally.
- A exclusion foul is where you holding, pulling or pushing a player under water with out the ball or hindering during a penalty throw.
